STANDARDIZE PROCESS CONTROL AND ENHANCE MANAGEMENT EFFORTS
① Comprehensively learn production management knowledge, conduct in-depth research on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Procedure (PPAP).

STRICTLY CONTROL THE QUALITY OF BILLET TUBES
① Strictly control the procurement process of blank tubes to ensure their quality.
② The main suppliers of seamless tube billets are Shanghai Baosteel, Tianjin seamless, Pancheng Steel, and Henggang, while welded tube billets are imported from South Korea.
③ Before cutting off the blank tubes, the blank tubes should be inspected and pretreated, and those with wall thickness differences exceeding the tolerance should be removed. The blank tubes with fine scratches and creases on the surface should be polished and pretreated.
④ During the lifting and handling of the product during processing, it is important to carefully protect the product to prevent it from colliding, colliding, or scratching the steel pipe.
